If the returned generator is deemed unrepairable based on our evaluation criteria, H&N Electric will dispose of the generator at no cost to the customer. H&N Electric reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if a credit will be issued, and no credits will be guaranteed in cases where the generator is found unrepairable.
