When you partner with H&N, all service work is covered by one shared warranty through Timken Power Systems — no matter which facilities are involved in your service, repair, or manufacturing.
One-year standard manufacturer’s warranty after installation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first.
Details: One year after installation or 18 months from shipment limited warranty: Manufacturer warrants that products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months after installation or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or damage from improper storage prior to installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or external causes.
