Baker™ AWA winding analysis
Performed on both incoming and outgoing electric motors, Baker AWA winding analyses thoroughly assess the strength of a motor’s insulation and circuit. More comprehensive than a Mogohm® or Megger® test, we measure surge, winding resistance, PI, DA, continuous ramp DC step-voltage, and DC hipot, allowing our techs to identify degraded windings and make adjustments before equipment failure occurs.

Dynamic balancing and laser alignment
Misalignment and poor balance can put any rotating equipment at risk, due to excessive vibration, premature bearing wear, and downtime caused by eventual equipment failure. Electric motors and generators, as well as all gearbox equipment, should be balanced and aligned regularly.
